Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using Pakistan TV, third-party streams, and provider playlists.

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using Pakistan TV (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms, or use the App with a parent or legal guardian’s permission.

2. The service

Pakistan TV is an independent directory and media-player interface that helps users discover and play compatible stream URLs. The App may provide a default catalogue, retrieve public playlist metadata, test endpoint availability, and allow users to enter provider playlist URLs. We do not provide cable, satellite, or subscription television service.

3. Limited license

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful, non-commercial viewing. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer except where law permits, interfere with security, automate abusive requests, misrepresent affiliation, or use the App to violate another person’s rights.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your device, internet connection, data charges, regional restrictions, and playlists you add. You agree to use only streams and provider credentials you are authorized to access. You must not use the App to obtain, reproduce, download, distribute, or publicly perform copyrighted material without authorization.

5. Third-party channels and content

Stream video, channel names, logos, schedules, playlist metadata, and external endpoints are owned and controlled by their respective third parties. Pakistan TV does not host or upload the video streams on a developer-controlled server. Inclusion in a catalogue does not imply ownership, endorsement, authorization, partnership, or a guarantee that content is lawful in every location.

Third-party services may change, restrict, geo-block, insert advertising, become unavailable, or display content that is inaccurate or unsuitable. Their terms apply when you use them. We may add, remove, disable, or correct catalogue entries at any time, including after a rights-holder report.

7. Advertising

The public App build may display third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertisers are responsible for their offers, products, and destination pages. Do not interact with an advertisement unless genuinely interested, and never attempt to generate artificial impressions or clicks.

8. Updates and availability

The App and any particular stream are provided subject to availability. A successful automated verification is only a point-in-time technical check and does not guarantee continuous playback, quality, rights, or safety. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any feature and may require App updates for security or compatibility.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; lost data, revenue, or opportunity; third-party content; unavailable streams; device or network issues; or unauthorized playlist use. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount required by applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict access to catalogue services when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. We may update these terms by posting the new version here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.
